Terms of Service

1. About daste

daste (getdaste.com) is a calendar and day planner. By creating an account or using daste you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

• You need a valid email address to sign up, and you must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Please don't share it.

3. Free and Pro plans

• The Free plan lets you plan your days at no cost.
• daste Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe. Prices are in Thai baht (THB).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription” on the Pricing page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. daste never sees or stores your full card number.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. AI planning

• Pro includes AI planning, which turns your message into suggested tasks. Always review suggestions before adding them. The AI can make mistakes.
• AI use is limited to 30 requests per account per day to keep the service fair and reliable.
• Don't enter sensitive personal information (such as health or financial details) into the AI chat.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• break the law or use daste to harm others,
• try to access other people's accounts or data,
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service,
• resell or abuse the AI feature, for example with automated requests.

6. Your content

Your tasks and schedule belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run daste for you. You can delete your tasks at any time.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep daste running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.

8. Limitation of liability

daste is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as missed appointments or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using daste at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. To delete your account and data, contact us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
